By booking with Bounce Brothers, you agree to the following:

Booking & Cancellation

A deposit is required to reserve your date and is non-refundable for customer cancellations.

Deposits are refundable only when Bounce Brothers determines that weather makes the rental unsafe or impossible.

Bounce Brothers makes the final decision regarding weather-related cancellations.

The remaining balance is due by the date stated at booking.

Weather

Bounce Brothers may cancel or stop a rental due to lightning, severe storms, high winds, heavy rain, or other unsafe conditions. If unsafe weather develops during the rental, the equipment must be shut down immediately. No prorated refund is guaranteed for an early weather-related shutdown.

Safety

A responsible adult must supervise children at all times.

No shoes, food, drinks, gum, silly string, confetti, sharp objects, pets, rough play, fighting, or unsafe behavior.

All age, height, weight, and capacity limits must be followed.

DO NOT MOVE EQUIPMENT

Once an inflatable has been installed and staked by Bounce Brothers, it may not be moved, repositioned, lifted, dragged, disconnected, deflated, or altered by the renter or guests. Only Bounce Brothers personnel may move or remove equipment.

Damage

The renter is responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, prohibited items, pets, exceeding capacity limits, unauthorized movement, or failure to follow safety rules. This may include cleaning, repair, labor, or replacement costs.

Do not attempt to repair or modify equipment. Contact Bounce Brothers immediately if damage or a malfunction occurs.

Setup & Pickup

The renter must provide a safe, accessible, reasonably level setup area and clear access for delivery and pickup. Bounce Brothers may refuse setup if the location is unsafe.

Agreement

The renter acknowledges the risks associated with inflatable activities and agrees to follow all safety instructions and provide proper supervision.
