Liability Waiver

1. AGREEMENT TO RENT
I, the undersigned, agree to rent inflatable equipment from Bounce Brothers for the date listed
above. I understand that I am responsible for the equipment during the entire rental period.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that the use of inflatable equipment (bounce houses, slides, obstacle courses)
involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, injury from falls, collisions, or improper use.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of this equipment.

3. LIABILITY RELEASE
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Bounce Brothers LLC, its owners, employees, and
affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the use
of the rented equipment.

4. SUPERVISION REQUIREMENT
I agree that:
- Adult supervision (18+) will be present at all times during use
- No roughhousing, flips, or unsafe behavior will be allowed
- Users will be grouped by similar age and size

5. RULES OF USE
I agree to enforce the following rules:
- No shoes on inflatables
- No food, drinks, or gum
- No sharp objects
- No climbing on walls or netting
- Maximum occupancy limits will be followed

6. WEATHER POLICY
I understand that:
- Bounce Brothers reserves the right to cancel due to unsafe weather (rain, high winds, etc)
- I am responsible for monitoring weather conditions during the rental period
- No refunds will be issued once setup is completed unless otherwise agreed

7. EQUIPMENT CARE & DAMAGE
I agree to:
- Keep equipment free from damage, dirt, and debris
- Be responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow rules
- Pay for repair or replacement if damage occurs

8. SETUP REQUIREMENTS
I understand that:
- A flat, clear setup area is required
- Access to power (within 50–100 ft) is required
- I am responsible for ensuring proper space and access

9. PHOTO RELEASE (OPTIONAL)
I grant Bounce Brothers permission to use photos from my event for marketing purposes.
